About Jonathan Rios
Jonathan Rios is an American entrepreneur, licensed general contractor, seasoned real estate investor, and construction executive of Colombian and South American heritage. He is the founder and president of Rios Interiors Corporation, an interior contracting and general construction firm established in New York City in 2009.
Over more than 15 years, Rios has directed landmark transformations for premier Manhattan hotels, private residential properties, and multi-family investment portfolios. His work spans luxury hospitality renovations, high-end residential construction, and real estate development.
Raised in New York, Rios began working alongside his father in the painting and architectural finishes trades at age 15. He graduated cum laude from Queens College with a B.B.A. in Economics and completed executive studies in Real Estate Development at Cornell University.
